• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. We ship promptly within 24 hours of your purchase.
• We deliver your products via express shipping using premium courier companies such as DHL/FedEx/Aramex, etc. It usually takes about 3-4 days for an item to be delivered to your doorstep.For destinations in the contiguous United States we offer free shipping. 

• There are no additional Taxes & custom Duties.
• We also provide a tracking number to you for every purchase made with us so that you can see for yourself how soon you can expect your item.
• PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED. 

RETURN:

All leather village handcrafted products are made in India with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with every Leather Village product that you purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full and prompt refund of the purchase price.  To make a return, please email us on info@leather-village.com  to get instructions regarding return of the product.

Items being returned for a refund should be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment(if applicable).  

Damage & Issue: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order Number .

Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3-5 working Days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
